Arsenal: The clan boasts a large armory of conventional weaponry, ranging from 20th century classic armaments to almost state-of-the-art weaponry [WARNING DATA MIGHT BE OUTDATED]. The clan has also been known to have multiple vehicles, they use as transport for their members or to loan to whoever hires their services.
Ideology: "To protect your brothers of blood and sisters of soul, to die only together" Members have shown fierce loyality to the family as a whole. While not isolated of the rest of the world, the clan as a whole seems to enjoy keeping to itself as much as possible.
Music: Members seem to have a strong internal musical community and most music they use is made their own. In genres it ranges from old European music to different genres of rock, mainly alternative rock.

A crime syndicate does not have a certain image, instead, each of its underling gangs has their own ideologies, leaders and systems, all ruled by a single head gang.​

Style:
Syndicate core gang (from here on out just Khan) members wear either big fur robes (high ranking members) or brown suit uniforms (field agents).
Arsenal:
The Khan's arsenal is comparable to a lot of other powerful gangs, only overdone by the authorities and MegaCorps.
Ideology:
The Khan's have a simple ideology - to grow power under their leader, The Great Khan, in whatever way possible, so that in some bright future, the streets of Night City might be free of the excessive violence that inhabits it current day.
Music:
Khan's do not appear to have a huge appriciation of any certain genre of music. According to records The Great Khan himself likes live music.
Involvement:
While the Khan itself doesn't directly take part in any criminal activity and it's only business front are completely legal businesses, it's underling gangs take part in every underworld crime possible.

Connections: The Khan's network is extremely large in all fronts of the criminal scene.
Base: The Great Khan has multiple homes, all of which act as a base for the Khans. Some examples include:

He lacked social skills from his shielded upbringing, but managed to gain some respect by applying his past martial arts skills to the art of metrofighting, becoming the de facto champion of metrofighting in Night City by the age of 17. Still, even after he had started establishing himself in the metrofighting scene as a 12 year old, he apparently lacked any contacts until making friends with Kayled Nake Spikes and Xavier Parks when he was 14, joining their group which would later be known as the Vivids.
